So I've made my first build finally, but the stock fan with my cpu is awfully noisy (Jet Engine etc.) I've narrowed down to a couple of choices, but any suggestions within the price range (Approx. £35-£55) are welcome.:D
Currently i'm looking at:
Zalman CNPS9900-Max (Flower)
or
Zalman CNPS10x , with a 120mm Nexus/Noctua fan to accompany.

Noise level is the primary concern, and if you could, include pros and cons for coolers.
Thanks in Advance :)

No idea what case, motherboard you have but
Silver Arrow SB-E Extreme is £53.99 One of the best coolers, the best cooling cooler with the fans it comes with and lowest price too. Only gets loud if you run it above 1300rpm... and at 1300rpm it's one of the top 4 or 5 coolers. Wind up the fans to 2500rpm and it will out cool all other stock air coolers by 6-8c.

True Spirit 140 is £34.99 Not as good as SA SB-E Extreme but not as expensive either
