Recently got some artifacts whilst gaming so thought i better sort out some temperature monitoring software for my computer. Found different software to measure cpr/hdd/video temp, but when looking at the cpu core temp for e-8400, i noticed they give different readouts. For example when on load:-
RealTemp displays 58-60c
CPUID HWM displays 63-65c
Speedfan displays 68-70c
How do i know what the correct temp is?
Also, is there any guidelines for recommended safe temperature ranges for:-?
CPU (e-8400)
Hard Drives
Graphics Cards (3870x2)
