Advice needed for upgrading

I am interested in upgrading my pc for gaming and photoshop type work

I have around 260 pounds to spend.

I want to upgrade my cpu, RAM, motherboard and my PSU
I already have a 6200 256mb AGP card and don't wish to upgrade the card, so am planning on getting the Asrock(I think) motherboard which supports AGP/PCI-E cards.

You want to do all that on 260? Don't you think you'd be better off saving for a few weeks or months until the Intel AMD price drops go through?

What are these AMD/Intel price drops and when are they happening?

After doing a bit of research I tihnk I can get a 3700+/mobo/1gb ram + PSU for that price.

If you want to play games then you will have to upgrade that card as it is worse than useless for gaming. Best to wait until you can afford to build or buy a complete new sytem.
