Hi, I have a powercolor red devil vega 64 8gb and am looking to upgrade.

I'm having an issue with this graphics card and getting random no display messages on the monitor and having to turn the computer on and off. Happens at random and I assume its the graphics card?

The card is huge in the tower and sagging slightly at the right hand side, but when trying to support it with a bracket, I get the same no display messages.

I have a msi b450 gaming plus max motherboard and am just wondering what gpu would be a decent upgrade?
 
I would pretty much just say try and bag yourself a 30 series card at whatever level your budget allows -

DLSS is one feature that pretty much kills off the AMD offerings in comparison and the fact that NVIDIA tends to pump quite a bit of locked tech into games is another thing,

Even looking at the 2nd hand market it feels like a 3060ti would be a better buy considering what you're upgrading from
