Advice Needed On Moving Web Hosts

Hi all, I wonder if you can help me. I want to move my hosting from TSOHost over to Krystal as I have had a few issues with TSOHost. I have 3 domains with them and I have two sites hosted. I know Krystal offers a migration service which sounds good but I have 2 other questions.

1) I have the Domains with TSOHost and I would like to move them to Krystal, would this be done under the migration service or will I have to put a manual request in after I have moved over?

2) Would I have to keep my TSOHost payment for 1 month before I cancel while Krystal moves over my files and stuff and then cancel my hosting plan with them?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1) Firstly you can (or ask your new host) copy just the site data over then change the nameservers, then sort out the domain transfer afterwards as it can take a few days sometimes and doesn't affect where the site is hosted

2) You can cancel as soon as the nameservers are updated and the site working in its new location
