hi guys ,i bought the ultimate hydra a few months ago and i now regret not getting my 5870 cf watercooled as the heat gets far to hot for my likeing, but what is annoying me is i can only oc them to 900/1300 but i know they wiil go a bit higher can someone please tell me what parts i would need and if i would be better useing a 2nd loop thanx

You can run 2 5870's and an i7 on a triple rad, however you wont be able to clock higher than on air cooling (for the CPU), the GFX will be very cool but as 5870s are locked at 900/1300 unless you have a OC edition or are willing to flash the BIOS. A quad rad is recommended but you will have to dremel your 800D to get it to fit.

would it easy to fit a 240 rad in the bottom of the 800D and just run 2 loops, that way it isnt affecting my cpu,i dont want to lose any speed...thanx

Take alook at one of the tech guys build log here He's got a quad rad and dual rad on a single loop. I'd check his thread for tips on how to acheive what you want. The 800D will fit anything you just need to mod it abit

Yep it can be done, but will require some case modding. Read this build log and the many others in that forum to get some idea of how to go about it.
