Hi all,

I need some advice on how to mod and customise my Phanteks Enthoo Primo case.

I did considered replacing with something else due to the size and external design.
I did consider Coolermaster cosmos 2, Phanteks evolv or be-quiet 900 but after thinking about it I don't see a point spending the money (which could be spend on something else), The Primo is still one of the best cases around, even if it does not look as good.

So I'm thinking maybe customise it, give it a unique look, something that will make me proud to own the case,

I've never customised a case before. beyond basic led fans. so I could do with some advice on what I could do.

I've had a look online for some inspiration but I've not found any customisation of this case, I've also never crafted or painted anything before.

I have the full black model.

I was thinking base the design on, Starwars, The Dark Knight, a car (I don't know of any good looking car that looks like a box or a tank)

This is what I was thinking. because this case sits flat with no wheels or feet maybe add some.

Change the dated blue LED's to RGB, add lighting to the window.

Colour scheme,
black & light grey silver. black and white or black and red
Some colour contrast.

Here are a few case designs I looked at.

Here is a lux which has a similar box design.

Would I need to paint the details or are they stickers or something.

I would be grateful fo any advice.

Thanks in advance.

Hard to say if that's stickers or paint, but I recall seeing that GGF video on YouTube and I think he said he cut out that honeycomb pattern. Check out his channel, he does some great case mods actually. For this kind of thing, acrylic is your best friend. I've just made a PSU shroud for my case with it, and it's not too difficult (or expensive). Just takes careful measurement and a bit of patience. You can get it any colour, and with the right tools can be shaped however you desire. You do need to have a idea as to your 'vision' though, it's not exactly something you can make up as you go along.
