What's your current loop? I can only see the fron half.

Why 2 res's? Are you going for 2 loops?

Anyhow, that's more for my curiosity then anything else.

DDC with XSPC top seems to be a clear winner.

SEE HERE

Either that or the D5

Laing D5 Vario - it's just so much less hassle than a DDC, plus it's often actually quieter and the speed adjustment can be very useful when bleeding a system.

Hello there :)

Thats the Thermaltake VE1000SWA Mozart TX Aluminium Entertainment Tower Case - Silver ;)

Cracking case for water cooling they say, but not everyones cup of tea

I like it mind ;)

i am thinking about getting this case, came to the idea as you of using that area to mount reserves but to use both a normal radiator and a passive cooled one with two fans blowing air onto it where you've mounted your reserves, but i came up with the idea of putting the fan cooled radiator in the same section as the psu,but on its side, or end up below the drive holder, and then using that section as a bit of a wind tunnel to help with cooling.

edit: whats the case like for moving? just that twice a year its going to need to be moved from house to uni halls, and obviously dont want too much effort,
and what are you currently using to cool your system? well just radiator and cpu block?

Hi Guys

thanks for the replies, its a single loop water cooled system, i put 2 x Rad's in cause i could really, no other reason, thought it would look cool, i had a Thermaltake CL-W0132 P500 Pump 500L/h pump in there but it refused to push the water round the system at anything other than a trickle hence my question.

those intrested in the case, "My Opinion" fairly well made, thin Alloy (bit flimsy) all over except the front which is about 6mm thick, medium sort of weight but ******* heavy once you have filled it up with stuff, i cart the thing to a LAN every week and i must say its a little tiring. loads of room for water cooling which is why i bought it but be aware you CANT fit full lengh Graphics cards in it, its very short, its not as well built as a Coolermaster or Lian Li but not far short, biggest plus points, loads of room & Excellent cable tiding areas, 2 down falls, no room for full lengh G-card & expantion card quick release bracket are crap

Hi

Rad is a Black Ice® GTS240 Chrome

*don't link to competitors*

i will post the CPU cooler in a minute, see what i bought in the finish

guys, the 2 pumps you mentioned, will they both push nearly 2 litres of water round all those bits and bobs and uphill about 2 foot?

cheers

Yep, the D5 and DDC are top quality pumps, my DDC pumps water round 20ft of pipework.

The DDC is slightly better performance than the D5 depending on the top you use, but is known to be less reliable than the D5 (may be fixed in current models). The performance difference is minimal though.
