Advice needed on Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 Build

Hi.
Can somebody give me advice on the following?

-Crucial RealSSD M4 128GB.What sata port does this plug into?Sata 3_M1,gray or Sata 3_0,gray? Does it even matter?

-Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD 6gb/s.Same as above.What Sata port does it go into?
Also,on the HDD apart from the data and power connectors there's another small 4 pin connector,what's that for?

Last question.What sata port do i plug the Blu-Ray drive?

Thanks for your reply,but you've confused me lol.
Here's the ports as listed in book.

Sata3_M1,Gray
Sata3_M2,Gray
Sata3_0,Gray
Sata3_1,Gray
Then all the Sata2's in Black.

Got another issue,the pc isn't recognising my HDD.When installing win7 it was in the list along with the SSD.Installed it on SSD but the HDD isn't in the list of Hard Drives in Computer.
