Advice needed please

Hi All,

so last week I bought a stunning Estoril blue 640d Gran Coupe. The garage advertised the car as FSH, the print off of the history only started in 2017, the car is 2014. The garage said previous owner bought from BMW approved and if I went to BMW they would have more info and that no service was showing late so must have not been updated on the system, the garage is a small independent and been around years with fantastic feedback, so I bought it. Went to BMW and they had the same print out, phoned BMW uk and they stated that was the history and to contact original dealership, they don’t have any service records. What do I do? Or what can I do, or yet spoken to garage as they are away. It’s low mileage and in great condition, but I feel I paid for a with FBSH and it hasn’t, any advice would be most appreciated please

Yes. I saved a photo of the original advert on my phone. Stated ‘complimented by full bmw service history’

I’ve tried, been into 2 bmw dealerships as Stratstone Derby were terrible and rude, Sytner Nottingham great customer service, then BMW Uk and then original dealer who only has it showing as they sold it, no work carried out by them. From 2017 it’s fine but in 2017 was only brake service and then full service 2018, so in essence no evidence of service for first 4 years
