Advice needed quick

I'm looking to buy a swiftech block but I want to make sure it comes with the correct backplate I need which is 1155.

This is the only backplate he has

It doesn't have the shape cut out but it looks smaller similar to the 1155.

What do you think? Which socket is that backplate?

Actually lets just change the topic...

Is that a decent block still? Apogee XTL, would be using it on an i3 2120 and ivybridge or 2500k soon.

Is this rad in ok condition? There seems to me some small damage to some of the fins.
