Hello I am planning to get a 5950x and I want the best possible performance that has an impact on gaming and workstation loads. The kit has to be 64gb. Is this kit a good idea to use for overclocking for the price of £520-530 (Planned MOBO: Asus crosshair Formula x570)

If you dont want to search up the memory its a 64gb 3200mhz 14-14-14-34 kit

also in not sure if this is single or dual rank, and i am getting mixed information weather 3600 and 3800 mhz vs 3200mhz makes a difference to performance in ryzen 5000. If i cannot get 3600 cl14 should i go for 3600 cl16 or 3800 cl16?

You are massively over paying for ram but if money is no problem that's up to you.

32000mhz click 14 is the same performance as 3600mhz click 16 but the higher frequency allows slightly more bandwith.

There is also the chance you can overclock the ram to a higher frequency or tighten the timings , dram calculater is a good software to use.

3600mhz is the new sweet spot, click 16 or 18 how much performance brtween the 2 your going to have to look at benchmarks.
