Advice needed with memory selection

Hi all. I have a 7950x and was thinking upgarading the memory to DDR5. I was trying to find the fastest memory available but it's really confusing.

Can someone tell me what's the fastest memory available with 2x32GB that one can buy with EXPO profile?

Also, will I see any benefits of moving to the new chipset platform in terms of speed? This is for a PC that I use for editing RAW files and will start doing video 4K 422 10bit.

To finish, is it worth to move to the new AMD processor for editing, etc? TA

Currently I have a memory that is 2x32GB at 5600MHz, and I would like to upgrade to a faster one. I have seen these 8000MHz but can't find 2x32GB. So ideally I would like to upgrade to a kit 2x32GB at 8000MHz and lowest latency possible. I want to start optimising the PC. I have an X670 AORUS ELITE AX and apparently it supports 8000MHz memories.

By the way, in the MB spec they have: DDR5 8000(OC) - what does OC means in here?

Thank you for your replies. Micky, what if I move from 5600MHZ to 7200MHZ? So maybe it's vest to wait for the new motherboards I guess?

Thank you all. So probably will just hold a bit longer with what I have and maybe upgrade the graphic card instead.
