Looking to upgrade pc what you guys think of this,
Asus P5KC Combo Intel P35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 & DDR3 Motherboard
Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 Dominator PC2-8500C5 TwinX (2x2GB)
Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz
Pc will be used for gaming only, i have a water cool setup. So will hopefully be looking for a big overclock.
Allready have a 8800gtx card so just want cpu mobo and ram for now.
Is this a good setup for overclocking.
Just looking for advice before ordering.
Thanks all:)

Welcome to the forums. I'm not personally a bit fan of combo motherboards unless you've got a specific need for changing between Ram types, they usually fall between two stools and offer the performance and features of neither.

Perhaps look at the newer P45 based motherboards as they are supposed to be very good for overclocking and well featured. Other than that it looks fine.

Thanks for reply what about Asus Rampage Formula Intel X48 board any good figure it gives me room to upgrade in future if i want. Is it any good at overclocking.

The X48 is a good chipset but it is very much high end and you pay accordingly for the privilege, the P45 gives about 99% of the features and performance for about half the price. It's up to you of course but unless you can say you need the features of the X48 and know that for sure then the P45 is probably a better choice.

Dual graphics cards also isn't going to be an option unless you change to ATI cards in the future since Crossfire and SLi aren't directly interchangeable normally.

I would get the following:
P45 mobo with dual PCIE, X38 will do too if you got extra 30quid
E8400
Good C4 PC6400 4gb

Sell your 8800GTX till its worth anything and get 4850 instead. You can CF it later with second one as well.
