advice needed

i have a case with ventilation holes at the bottom of the sidepanel (useless i know). when i put the sidepanel on my temps (im running a q6600 @ stock) are 59C 59C 55C 54C when idle. when the sidepanel is off i get 45C 45C 39C 41C. trying to work out a ventilation system with my sidepanel still on (so my cat doesnt get "fanned") whilst keeping my system in the 45C levels. also running stock fans (1case and 1cpu). just dont know whether the fans are the problem or my case is. any thoughts... thanks

got space for a front mounted fan?

I've just gone through this and you need to get air flowing through the case

nope, no space for a front side fan. i would also have to run any additional fans directly from psu. any more thoughts? i left the sidepanel off for the night and my temps are 20C lower than with the panel on.
