Hi,
I've been with Nildram (or whatever they are called now...Opal / Daisy?) for some years now and am currently paying £25.99 per month for an 8mb line. I've had a browse on this part of the forum but with all this information I am finding it hard to come to a satisfactory conclusion, apart from, it seems that BT isn't particularly good.
Cable is not an option where I live, and whatever I choose I would obviously like a package that is cheaper than what I currenly pay, yet has good customer service and speed of connection. In other words an 'upgrade' for less seems realistic judging by comments and expectations.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

- though ISP's like Zen look good, I am simply not prepared to pay that much. Not sure what to do, don't (ideally) want to be without the net for three or four weeks when changing.
