Advice : New Build 3k(including screen,mouse,keyboard)

As title says..I need to upgrade my computer.

Willing to invest up to 3k for a beast machine that will provide me good fps in games and be able to render 3d work as well..

Can you build a PC yourself?

Yes but not 100% comfortable.

I would like suggestions and see what exists both ready and custom made so i plan accordingly...

Overclocking I suck and would love to have an OC system...
