Advice : New build Corsair Carbide 540 + Corsair Hydro H110

Just putting together a new x99 rig, any reason not to buy a:-

Corsair Carbide 540 and Corsair Hydro H110 280mm

to cool a:-

5930K 3.50GHz (Haswell-E) Socket LGA2011

?

Really like the 540 case, fitting the Corsair Hydro H110iGT was a breeze

It's all a bit of a "mess" at the moment but plan to "tidy up" at the weekend.
