Advice on £500 rig.

Just need to know whether this is an ok spec for the family pc. Helping a mate's brother build theirs.

They won't be upgrading or extremely rarely.

I'm gonna get a cheap m/k for about £20, but a little bit over £500 for it all won't matter.

This comes up to £470 so i guess a tinyy upgrade could do. Or is that ok as it is?

I wasn't sure between the Q8200 (£104) or this??

Or the OCZ 600w PSU or the Corsair 450w modular?? I'm not sure the Corsair would cut it though.

The graphics is an overkill for the rig right? Better going with a 4850/4870 512mb and upgrade the other parts?

EDIT:
This is just about pushing it at £500... but what about this?

Or would the Q8200 be better?

are they going to be gaming at all? if not then this gfx is still overkill
Id be tempted to look at AMD over 775, they might not upgrade often, but that being the case if they do decide to in 2-3 years theres no way 775 will be able to be upgraded, theres a good chance the AM3 will
Id also go for the black version of the HDD, just for the increased speed, its only a few quid more

Since you only said its a family PC, and not said for it will be used for ie games, a dual core would be more than ok. The top one would be fine, even with 450W.

Yeah they'll be gaming, well one of them will be. And it'll be for more than 2-3 years use.
I was considering AMD but i'm more familiar with Intel so i just put that in initially.
