Hi all, just looking for suggestions really, Im pretty much a full newb at photography, and I did have a Fuji S6500 bridge camera until it got nicked about a month ago. I bought it mainly for action shots of people riding BMX, and of course standard holiday snaps etc. So really I want a replacement for about £100 ish to do the same with. Im considering going with a compact so I dont have to lug it about with me when Im riding. I dont mind second hand either really if its a well made piece of kit. Ive been told that Panasonics with Leica lenses are good, and Sony with the Carl Zeiss but not the cheaper ones with own brand lenses. So far looked at the Panasonic FS6 and the Sony DSCW215. I can get a discount of 20% at a certain high street electricals chain who sell both of them.
Advice on a cheap camera for action shots please!
