Advice on a laptop please fellas

Hey, I'm in good mind to splash a bit 'o cash on a laptop, I dont want anything to fancy, just a nice looking machine, pref: all black (i like black hardware) silver i dont mind though, thats capable of running dvd's music, surfing, and general use.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Look at spending about 500 quid
