Been looking at all different spec's for a while now. Think I have decided on most of the kit but have a few issues.

The rig is going to be running win7 x64, will probably look at a small overclock but nothing major. It will be mostly used for video/photo editing and possibly some 3ds max or similar. Would like it to be able to play some of the latest games but its not going to be the main use.

Here's what I have so far.

YOUR BASKET
1 x Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £169.98
1 x Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail £159.98
1 x Corsair Professional Series AX750 High Performance 750W Modular '80 Plus Gold' Power Supply (CMPSU-750AXUK) £146.98
1 x Corsair Obsidian 650D Gaming Midi Tower - Black £124.99
1 x Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C8) £79.99
1 x Samsung SH-B123L/RSBP 12x BluRay ROM DVDRW DL & RAM Lightscribe SATA-II Optical Drive - Black (Retail) £59.99
1 x Thermalright Silver Arrow CPU Cooler (Socket LGA1366/LGA1155/LGA1156/LGA775/AM2/AM3) £50.99
Total : £809.40 (includes shipping : £13.75).

Main questions.

1) What would be the best graphics card for video editing? hopefully no more that £250.

2) Is the RAM ok?

3) Is the power supply enough? Will be putting maybe 4 hdd's and the gfx card in there.

4) A Little Worried about the size of the silver arrow. Would getting something like the Antec Kúhler H2O 920 be as good?

5) Anything else to think about?

Thanks in advance :)

Thanks for the quick reply stulid.

Here's an updated spec.

I like the price of the OCZ power supply that you suggested but I don't really like the silver colour so chose the one above. How's the reliability of this brand? The rig is going to on a whole lot of time.

As for the gfx card. I have no clue on what spec's to be looking at. Wanna get the best for the cost I can justify. Is there anything regarded better without going into a silly price range?

Thanks again.

Nothing better for the money, its overclocked from stock speeds to from the factory with a 3year warranty.
