Hi All I,m after some advice I,m not a gamer , but i love to watch Blu Ray films , and seen a few on my 3D Laptop ,so want to get a 3D Monitor for my p.c upstairs, i,ve been reading about the different types and wonder if i should still go for an Active or Passive type ? I have a Nvidia GPU in my system But i,ve read some good reviews about the LG D2342P-PN Monitor which is passive 3D .Also read that the Samsung 700 is a good screen too on Active 3D. The Nvidia 3D screen i,m looking at is either of the Benq XL2420 / 10 models , but not sure if its worth paying the extra £50 for the Nividia 3D vision 2 tech as i,m not a gamer ? any views please

if you just want it for films, do you have the space for a larger screen TV 32" and above not a monitor. With larger screens you will get better 3D emersion in the what ever you watch.
