advice on adding gpu to loop

Hi
Adding a 6990 to my loop and need some advice. At the minute, after the CPU the fluid goes to the res, do I simply put the card in the loop, i.e. CPU- gpu - res?

Doesn't matter where it goes in the loop, just but it in the most convienent place.

i have a i2500k wiv 5870.

i tried different orders in the loop before and temps are very similar (within scatter)

As long as the pump is directly after the res it makes no difference.

Thanks, I will be using an Alphacool NexXxoS ATXP and I haven't checked if I will need a separate backplate. More expense!
