Advice on AGP/ddr mobo ..

my motherboard blew up along with my PSU so i need to find a replacement
im having problems finding an AGP board with 4 DDR slots for the memory and can only seem to find AGP with 2 DDR and 2 DDR2 slots

can anyone recommend a suitable board ? as i cant afford to buy new ram to fit ddr2

what CPU are you using...... that might help us narrow it down a little!

my bad , old 775 is it? Pentium 4 3.2

i was trying to get hold of the ASUS P5VD1-X but cant find any stockists
ASROCK do boards but only 2 ddr slots not 4
