Advice on air flow please

So I'm just finishing up watercooling my bitfenix prodigy and I currently have a 240 rad in the top pushing air out, a 180 in the front of pulling air in, and a 140 fan in the rear pulling air in. Just trying to decide if this config is the best option ? Should I change the front or rear around??

The way you have it is pretty good, the front fan will pull cold air over the rad, the rear fan will feed cold air to the 240, and the 240 will also get warm (not really warm just warm-er than ambient) air from the front rad.

Your set up seems OK. I always like to have positive pressure to reduce dust ingress and I think you should have slightly positive pressure the way you have things although it depends on the capacity of each fan.
