I have got to rma my shuttle, I DID NOT BUY FROM OCUK ( wish I had now)

but they have asked me to return it with my cpu,ram and graphics card fitted?

this sounds dodgy to me, can't be standard practice.

^ sorry ops if this is a bit naughty but was unsure.

NOTE ALL USE OCUK for everything !

If I'd bought the CPU/RAM/GC from elsewhere I'd tell them no.

At the very least get a receipt.

edit - unless they are trying to do you a favour. It might not be standard practice but they could just be trying to help resolve whatever issue you're having.

no i bought them from OCUK :) but not happy about sending them. Dam shuttle is only two months old and PSU has gone kaputt

Did they give a reason? Like "elimination" testing? Are they 100% aware it wasn't sold as a full PC?
Indeed, you'd have to be nuts to send it all. Even if there was nothing shady about it you don't want to risk unintentional damage to the other components if you can avoid it.

It doesn't matter where you bought it, it could have been damaged from OCuk exactly the same :).

I would email them stating exactly what you ordered from them and just send that back. The only two reasons I can think why they would want all the pc is an error in their records, or they want to ensure there isn't conflicting components.

i suspect i dead PSU asit was working fine and now is complety dead, so they can suss that out with out my bits.

I have emailed them saying they cnt have my other components
