Advice on any upgrades on my PC?

Heya! I built a gaming PC around 4-5 years ago, and need some advice on an upgrade. Here are the specs:

-Intel core i5 4690k
-Asus Strix Nvidia Geforce GTX 960
-8gb DDR3 RAM
-Mars Gaming black tower case

Other:
Razer Firefly
Razer blackwidow chroma
Razer mamba tournament edition

As the new games are coming out I supose I will need to upgrade my PC, any cheap parts and upgrades you reccomend?

My monitor hz is 60 and res is 1920x1080
I haven't overclocked as I am not sure on how to. Could you link me to a video on my CPU on overclocking please? What GPU should I change to, is there any better ones that are fairly cheap, haven't really got a limit on how much to spend.

580 as you will get 2 free games with it aswell which is exellent value
