I seem to have a never ending supply of air in the system when I tilt the case, more always comes out the top of the two rads.

Is there an easy way to bleed this??

Looking at the below pic my 120rad has a screw on top, could this be used to bleed it??

Or am I just being impatient and I should give it a few days to work the air out?? :)

Still have an issue with air in the loop!?

From what I can tell, air is working it's way back to the res, but where the air/water is dumped back into the res the intake for the pump sits right opposite it so this is simply sucking the air straight back into the loop again.

I can see the bubbles hitting the res, then getting sucked in by the pump and away around the loop they go again.

Anyone got any ideas on this?

Also thought I could put something in the res to deflect the flow of the bubbles so they're not sucked straight up by the impeller.

A bit of rigid foam might do the trick until all of the air is out.

I didn't mean lOng term, jUst to bleed it. A piece of plastic for example.

Oooh. Part of the box innards of a motherboard box, the top plastic cover.

If it was in long term I would say it would be an issue, but not for a few mins.

Well that has done the trick!

I cut a 2cm wide piece of plastic from some packaging.

Curved it into the res hole and covered the return on the res.

Give the case a good wiggle about and you could cleary see the bubbles going through the tubing into the res and out the top - not back into the loop again! :)

Some microbubbles in the tubing now that will work their own way out, but all the large air bubbles are finally gone!! - -I'll just let it run 24hr with the res cap off to aid the process.

STUPID design of a res tbh when it could easily be rectified with a slight partition build into it.

If it hadn't worked out I would have gone mental and looked for yet ANOTHER res option!
