Budget of circa £1500 to build new gaming OC with white case please… appreciate any advice thank you

Does this include a monitor and excesseries or just the base?

What resolution you gaming at ?

If just the base then this is a solid 1440p gaming machine with the 7800x3d but the 9800xe3d is due to be released soon so may want to swap that over.
