Advice on build

After I got great help in the graphics card department, I thought I'll post my components that I haven't ordered yet to maybe sort out one or two things.
I'm mainly looking for a future proof gaming rig, but I may also need it for video editing (Avid and After Effects) a few times a year.

1x Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W)
1x Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Intel Z77 or Asus Z77 Maximus V Formula
1x Sapphire HD 7950 Vapor-X OC 3072MB PCI-Express Graphics Card (Crossfire later on)
1x Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E CPU Cooler or Alpenföhn K2 Mount Doom CPU Cooler
1x Corsair Professional Series AX750 High Performance 750W Modular '80 Plus Gold' Power Supply
1x Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C10 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
1x Crucial RealSSD M4 128GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive
1x Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache

With the case I'm considering the Fractal Design Define R4.

Haven't decided on the monitor yet.
Do you guys also know a good keyboard/mouse that isn't too expensive?

Looks nice to me, I assume you're putting your OS on the SSD?
and for the motherboard, I'd definitely go for the asus, the rog boards have amazing overclocking and bios features, I love my crosshair IV

Yes, OS on SSD. I've never used a SSD before, so I'm eager to see how it's going to perform.

The Crucial M4 use to be the SSD to get, but know there are a few better ones out there.

the UD5H is around £90 cheaper than that Asus board and does nearly everything you could want, good overclocker, well built, full of features/connectivity.
