Hi Guys,

I'm upgrading my system at the minute with a i7 and z97 board. I have decided to use the old parts to build a second system for my Dad as his system is prehistoric

At the moment I have a CM690 II case which I am happy with. But I don't have a case to put the second build in. Which presents 2 options. Keep the CM case for my new build and buy a cheap case for the build for my dad. The second option is to use the CM for my Dad and buy myself a new case for my build.

In terms of requirements.

For my dad. ATX case, room for a titan Fenrir cooler as that is what I have on my old i5 and preferably sub £40. I was looking at a couple of Bitfenix cases.

For myself. ATX case, room for a 240mm rad. I have a Corsair H100i. Dimensions wise no taller than 550mm and under £100.

As I said before only one case required it just depends what the best option is going to be. The ones I was looking at so far are:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Phanteks Enthoo Pro Mid Tower Enthusiast Case with Window £89.99
1 x NZXT H440 Mid Tower Case - Black £89.99
1 x BitFenix Comrade Midi-Tower - Black £29.99
1 x BitFenix Neos ATX Tower Black/Black £29.99
Total : £269.29 (includes shipping : £24.45).

But I am open to suggestions

I love my Enthoo Pro, brilliant case and very user friendly.
here is the review I wrote on Scan:
I have been looking to upgrade my case ever since I built my PC because my previous CiT Vantage case was an utter pile of poo.
So, I thought about the future and what upgrades I want one day and decided that for the price, this was the case for me.
And oh boy I was right.
This thing is beautiful to look at, the finish is great and the two windows look brilliant and the cable management is awesome.
I would HIGHLY recommend this case to anyone looking for a new case.
Now, pros and cons
Pros: spacious
Ample cable management room
Great cooling (noticed a 5C drop in both CPU and GPU temps)
Sleek, elegant and stealthy
Great support for water cooling
Brilliant build quality
PRICE
Cons: a bit on the loud side, the front 200m fan is loud, but what do you expect?. However, it is all down to preference.
If you need a case, I urge you top buy this, you will love it.

Corsair Carbide 400R or 500R?
Pretty good cases all round, 20-30mm within your size bracket, each under £100, room for a 240mm Rad and both designed with the H100/H100i coolers in mind.

I personally preferred the 500R, as it came with more fans included.

I really love the look of the h440, however have seen a couple of reports of poor airflow. What are folks experience with the case?

I'll be fitting a h100i to the proccessor and will only have 1 gpu for now. I'm also happy to change the case fans.
