Advice on components for new build.

Hi,
I want to build a new PC for myself next Feb/March and would like to buy some of the components (if I can) before that, just to make it a bit easier on the pocket.

Has to be a Full Tower Lian-Li case (already asked here)

and would settle for something like a Li PC-A70FB or Lian Li PC-V2120B (but would prefer one without a door)

PSU... Corsair TX 850W

(I have a Corsair TX 650W in my present PC and no complaints at all but would like a bit more wattage for the next build)

CPU Cooler
Noctua NH-U12P SE2

(I have a Noctua NH-U12P CPU Cooler in my present PC, no complaints there as well with the Noctua )

CPU..going to wait to see whats about at the time but going for 2600K or better, need your advice on that too

So, The case is a safe buy now but what about the PSU and the CPU Cooler.
