I had the formula some time ago (replaced it with the Rampage IV Black Edition) and never had any clearance issues around the socket, even with Dominator Platinums.. plenty of room, but then again, I only ran the H100i on it :)

Don't know anything about that case to recommend a cooler for it.

The Dominator kit has better timings, and are (by my experience), much better to overclock with (I OC'd mine to an inch of their lives. Max I got was 2133, but as always the silicon lottery applies).

If I was you, just go with the Vengeance kit (the one you linked in your OP). Faster rated frequency, and you probably won't notice any real world difference in the timings.
