Advice on computer spec needed

I am currently looking to build a PC. But torn between the AMD AM3 & Intel i5 Sandybridge options. Both of the specs below come to about £520 + VAT and this is the price range I am looking at.

I have specified the i5 processor with a weaker graphics card as I understand the actual processor has graphic's card capabilities already? Is this wise? How do the specs stack up against one another?

The computer will be primarily used for Gaming storing music and film.

Many thanks for any support

Thank you for your advice, its much appreciated.

The first set up you have outlined looks really good.
I was thinking about postponing buying a graphics card for a couple of months, and instead getting a motherboard that has some kind of graphics capability.

This board perhaps, please let me know your thoughts:

I am also considering overclocking the machine at some point in the future, as such I want to get an additional cooling unit. I am quite keen to get one with a 12cm fan to keep noise down. Do you recommend a water or air based approach?

Thanks again for your help
