Advice on decent barebone set

Hey all, i was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction of which is a decent barebone set with a good case and decent PSu/components.

Price doesn't matter here just looking for best deal,

We need a price range and what you are looking to use it for to even start suggesting. Also what size are you looking at and when you say barebone would you consider building all from scratch?

yeah i do consider building from scratch

i will use it for running high powered programmes like, CAD, photoshop, M office, dreamweaver, and other similar programmes. i will prob be running 3-4 programmes at one time.

i'm not really sure on case size. either a midi or a full tower. doesn't really matter.
