advice on device- itunes library & spotify

Looking for a cheapish device that I can both stream SPotify and my itunes music library to which sounds decent.
My itunes library is currently on a Synology nas at my home and a duplicate on my office PC so would be nice to be able to see both of them if the device can.
Budget approx £250ish but cheaper would be better

With iTunes means you have to have apple device?
