I'm still using a CRT at the moment because I always had problems with eye-strain, headaches etc with flat screens, however haven't looked into the issue for at last 2 years. It appears the problems may have been related to flicker in the background panel.
I'm now at the point of getting a 25" or 27" flat screen and was thinking about getting this particular screen
SAMSUNG C27HG70 27" 2560x1440 VA FREESYNC 144Hz because obviously of the 144Hz, but its also advertised as Flicker free and I wonder if the curved screen will reduce eye-strain as well.
Does anyone who perhaps had suffered similar problems with their eyes have experience with these kind of screens or can made another recommendation?
Also I'm using a Nvidia GTX 970, I'm aware that I can't use the Free-sync feature, but would there be a spec equivalent manitor to the above that I should rather buy for my Nvidia card?
Many Thanks
