Should run fine, and you should'nt notice any difference really. 
Id wait for some more confirmation just to be on the safe side, but im sure it would be fine as said.

It will be fine, the voltages are the same and there isn't that much of a performance loss to be noticeable. Well at least not enough of a loss to stand out against the fact that anything with an AGP 4x slot is likely to be pretty slow anyway
