advice on headset

Hi guys I'm looking to buy a new gaming headset I've been looking at qpad ph-90 and the qpad ph-1339 both of them are 32ohm so can anyone help me and tell me 1.will they work on ps4 ...1.will they work without a portable amp. and if they do work ie with a (y)spliter for the handset control

Not sure what your budget is but have you looked at Astro A40's? They come with a mix amp and will work on PS4 and PC. Mic can be put on left or right side, customisable and insanely comfy too
