Advice on HTPC Issue

I have a HTPC and there is something id like to do with it. I want to be able to pass through my Virgin Tivo box or PS3 on its way to my TV while the HTPC also records the pass through feed.

Any ideas on how to do this? Also I do not want any other intermittent devices like a HD feed recorder, I want to be able to do it on my HTPC.

It is almost impossible.
The PS3 signal has HDCP and can't be recorded unless it is converted to component. (like with the HD fury - but thats another device)
I'd imagine that your teevo has similar if its output is HDMI.
You will also need a capture card (again another device)

Will offer you good luck but without buying more kit, AFAIK, you can't do this.
