Advice on laptop cooler

Hi, I'm looking for a laptop cooler that my 17" laptop can sit on - it must be relatively quiet and USB powered. Can you recommend one to me? upto £30 -£40 max cost though.

I saw one a few months back that had sort of a beanbag on the bottom of it so it rested on your lap really comfortably, if any of you guys know where i can grab one like that it would be class.

I have the Akasa one above (widescreen 17"). It''s very quiet and USB powered, with an extra USB port which is a bonus. It is also at an angle to make it a bit more comfy. Rugged too.
