Advice on memory and operating system plz

Hi all, ok I currently have 2 x 1gb of OCZ platinm (ocz2p800r22gk) and now I want another 2gig, would I be able to just stick another 2 sticks into my system? anyone had any issues doing this with same spec as me? or would I be better off buying 2 x 2gig sticks and replacing my current ones with these?

Also I will be installing xp 64, I have never used a 64bit operating system before so a little advice would be much appreciated, like anything I need to know when installing this? I know about 64 bit gfx drivers bt is there anything else I need to know plz?

apparently its better to run 2x2gb sticks as it causes less stress to memory controller

If your motherboard can support it (which it probably can) you can just wack the next 2GB in. Your not going to notice a huge performance difference between 2x2GB or 4x1GB sticks or any other combo.

In terms of installing Vista x64. Just like installing 32 bit. Just make sure all the hardware your going to install has 64bit drivers. Check the manufacturers website. Most hardware now has driver support.

just make sure the timmings, speed and voltges are the same with the new stuff
