Advice on modding a case to take a larger motherboard

Hey all, I currently have the Phanteks Evolv with an ATX motherboard, I also have a small case that I was going to use for LAN but I not longer have a motherboard that fits the case

Anyone got an tips on how to make a case like that fit an ATX motherboard?

Guy called cypto did a Corsair 350D conversion here.

Sure there was a bigger thread somewhere, but you should get a few ideas of what to do.
