Advice on Moderate Overclock

So since Intel have messed up with their motherboards I'm keeping hold of my computer for a while longer. I've read up some on overclocking and have performed a mild overclock.

Stock Components:
CPU: Intel Dual Core E2200 2.2 Ghz
RAM: Geil 2x1GB 800 Mhz
MoBo: Asus PK5C
PSU: Corsair 450W
CPU Fan: Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro

I've included some screens from CPUZ below:

Basically I increased the FSB and whilst doing so the RAM speed started going above the rated 800Mhz. I was able to drop the RAM speed below 800Mhz, and I then continued to increase the FSB until the RAM speed reached it's rated 800Mhz again. This gave me a FSB at 240 and CPU clock of just over 2.6Ghz at x11 multiplier. Vcore left unadjusted. System stable.

That's as far as I've gone. Running the CPU at 100% for 10 mins got the Cores up to 53 degrees C, but the CPU fan (which I have set to 'optimal' in the BIOS) didn't budge off it's 'silent' speed of 800 rpm. I assume that means the CPU isn't being that taxed at the moment.

I don't want to go extreme with the overclocking, and I expect the PSU wattage may limit too much anyway, but I would like some advice on where to go next. Would like to push to 3Ghz, but not sure on the best way to achieve it. Also a little hesitant when it comes to increasing the core voltage should I need to, and anything to do with RAM overclocking.

What would you advise next?

Thanks
