Hello all, i need advice on my overclock. My set up is the following:
Intel Q6600 running at 3.4GHz (8 x 425MHz FSB)
Gigabyte P35 DQ6 Mobo
Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme with 120mm fan
4GB of Crucial Ballistix at 1066MHz and stock timings.
Basically my PC is rock stable at these settings, i was wondering whether you people think that its worth trying to push it further. Voltage for CPU is 1.4v in BIOS and 1.36 on CPU-z. Temps at idle are around the 35o mark using Coretemp. My load temps are around 64o.
Should i pursue a higher clock? What voltages should i be prepared to put and what temperatures should i expect?
