Hi guys, I've made a spec for the first PC I will ever build. Am I missing anything?

Also how many cables am I going to need to build this? Do I need HDD/SDD holders? Do I need nuts, screws or thermal paste?

Preferably I would like to lower the price to something around a 1000-1400 without decreasing RAM.

Have you bought any parts yet ? As you can get better for that sort of money. What is the pc being used for ?

What exactly do you need for the £1000-1400 budget ?

Operating system ?
Monitor ?
Peripherals ?
Do you intend on going crossfire/sli ?
What resolution do you want to game at ?

Take this spec with a pinch of salt, as you haven't said what you need, or what the pc is being used for.

You more than likely won't need a separate soundcard, as motherboards have good onboard sound.

The hybrid SSHD isn't really needed, as you have a 500GB SSD.

The i7 4790k is the latest cpu, and the Asus Ranger board is included if you want a ROG board.

Sorry Monitor, Keyboard and mouse I will supply. No OS needed. I will be working at a res of 1900 x 1080.

Not sure what corssfire/sli is ?

I will use it for gaming and video rendering of HD quality.
