Advice on NEC RMA?

Hello People, Need some advice, i have a bit of screen burn on my NEC MultiSync 20wgx, Darker backgrounds u can see the burn image of like IE explorer, and when booting. I checked there website cant see who i need to call? Anybody with info would be great!!

I think i found the number for them

Yes, they're brilliant. They'll send you a new one next day and then pick up the old one the day after.

They'll probably upgrade you to the 24wmgx3 aswell.

Damb i think my warranty run out, bought this monitor from OC sep 2006
