Advice on New Build?

Having just moved job I find myself in a situation where I'm living in two places across the week. I had considered lifting my current gaming rig and moving it here with me but given that I'm not too short on cash I figured I may as well invest in a second.

Given say £1250-£1300 I was hoping someone might be kind enough to advise what I should spend it on? That budget excludes peripherals etc which I don't mind paying extra for. Also I have no issues building a machine from components so it's simply a case of what I can get for my money.

Any thoughts?

Will you require an operating system ?
Any preference on case/size ? i.e ATX/mATX etc
Are you going to be overclocking ?

Here is a full spec to get you started :)

I don't know if you have any preference between AMD/Nvidia gpu's. They are currently around the same price for a R9 290 or GTX780.

The case is also personal preference, so you might decide you like something else.

If you intend on going cf/sli in the future then you would need an 850W or so psu.

The 540 has loads of room for cable management, so I don't think a non modular psu would be an issue. Plus it's all hidden out of sight anyway. A 650W should be more than enough for a single card setup.
