Advice on new gaming pc

Hey im new to pc gaming and am looking at getting my first custom gaming pc. I am looking at getting one thats going to work well for normal gaming on high settings and also to run a htc vive pro. Ive looked at this setup:

What do u guys think is this a good setup for what i want or are there any better options? Any advice is appreciated
